JoyCo is a platform designed to help people organize what they love, share preferences, and make gift-giving easier and more thoughtful.

2. Eligibility

  • Parents may create and manage profiles for their children

  • Participate in gifting and JoyDrop experiences

5. User Content

You own the content you create (lists, notes, preferences).

However, by using JoyCo, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store, display, and share your content within the app

  • Improve and operate the Services

You agree not to post:

  • Illegal, harmful, or abusive content

  • Content that violates others’ rights

6. Sharing & Visibility

You control what you share.

  • Content shared with others may be visible to them

  • JoyCo is not responsible for how others use information you choose to share

7. Gifting & Recommendations Disclaimer

JoyCo helps facilitate gifting—but:

  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of any product

  • We are not responsible for purchases made through third-party retailers

  • Prices, shipping, and product details are controlled by third parties

8. JoyDrops (Giving Features)

If you participate in JoyDrops:

  • JoyCo may help coordinate or facilitate giving experiences

  • Donations and purchases may be processed by third parties

  • We do not guarantee outcomes, delivery timing, or availability

  • JoyCo is not liable for issues related to third-party fulfillment

9. Ads, Sponsored Content & Affiliate Links

JoyCo may include:

  • Sponsored content

  • Brand partnerships

  • Affiliate links (we may earn commissions)

We aim to keep recommendations helpful and relevant.

10. Privacy

Your use of JoyCo is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
